The New M&S Store in South Ruislip

The proposed store will offer:

A new M&S full-line store with a net sales area of c.61k sq ft, including food, fashion, home and beauty floorspace arranged across both ground and mezzanine levels.

The site is located at Victoria Retail Park, Crown Road in South Ruislip, in a unit that was formerly occupied by Homebase, and more recently by The Range on a short-term basis.

The site benefits from strong transport links and is within easy reach of nearby residents by car, foot, cycle or public transport. The surrounding area has good strategic connections including proximity to the A40 and South Ruislip Underground and National Rail station to the west. Car access to the retail park is taken from Crown Road, providing entry to a shared customer car park.
