    The proposed store will offer a wide range of fresh, seasonal produce and everyday essentials from the M&S product range, significantly enhancing shopping choice for customers in South Ruislip.

  • The new store will create over 120 local jobs, as well as supporting construction jobs during the construction period, and M&S' supply chain employment once the store is operational. 

  • The site will continue to be accessed via Crown Road, with designated customer and service entrances. Customers will use the shared surface-level car park with 332 standard spaces, located directly in front of the store. The site is also well-connected by foot, road and cycle. Civic Way bus stop is located on Victoria Road close to the site, operating the 114 service into Ruislip Town Centre.

  • Yes. 34 cycle parking spaces will be provided to encourage travel by bike. The site also benefits from existing pedestrian routes within the retail park and good connections to nearby public transport, including South Ruislip station.

  • A Transport Assessment has been submitted with the planning application. This will assess the impact of the proposals on the local highway network and confirm that the scheme can be accommodated.
